📜 Cancellation Policy
- Payment: Full payment is required before 3:00 PM the day before your excursion.
- Cancellations 48+ hours before: 100% refund, minus a ฿500 admin charge.
- Cancellations under 48 hours, or no-shows: No refund is given.
- 15 December – 15 January: No refund is accepted for any reason during this period.
- Boat trips (Racha, Phi Phi, King Cruiser): Free transfer included for Chalong, Rawai, Kata, Kata Noi, Karon and Patong. Outside these areas, please message us in advance — a surcharge may apply.
- Similan Liveaboard trips only: Since October 2018, Similan National Park no longer accepts cancellations. All bookings must be paid in full and are non-refundable.
- Diving insurance: Included on all diving boat activities.
- Surfing & SUP equipment: SSS Phuket covers repair costs if equipment breaks during a lesson. If a student is injured during a lesson, SSS Phuket and coaches are not liable — students should carry their own personal insurance.

Can I just walk in without booking first?
You're welcome to visit our Kata Beach shop directly, but messaging us on WhatsApp first helps us guarantee an instructor and equipment are ready for you, especially in high season.
Where do freediving and scuba pool sessions actually meet?
Pool sessions are held at our dedicated pools in Chalong, not at the Kata Beach shop — freediving courses use our Freediving pool, and scuba confined-water training uses our Diving pool. We'll send you the exact meeting point once your session is confirmed.
What languages does your team speak?
Across our 21-person team, we cover English, French, Thai, Chinese, Italian, German, Russian and Spanish — most guests will find an instructor who speaks their language.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancel 48+ hours before your excursion for a full refund minus a ฿500 admin charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours or no-shows aren't refunded, and no refunds are given between 15 December and 15 January. See our full cancellation policy below for boat trip and equipment terms.
